Has anyone heard anything about an expected ETA for the Flash 9 File format specs from Adobe yet ?  From Emmy's email, it sounds like what was left was :

approval of the new license and 
getting through the web publication process.

I am guessing it is still stuck in legal ?</description>

		<description>Not a word since Emmy made the comment quoted in this post a couple of weeks ago. I'm hopeful we'll see something in the next couple of weeks, but it wouldn't surprise me its another 6-8 weeks. Maybe now that you're on the inside you can dig up a bit more. :)</description>

Took a while after the promise to actually deliver. Props to JD and Emmy for working on it, but I think Adobe really needs an official policy to get, at a minimum, rough drafts of the specs out with the official release of each player.</description>
